Prices & Income Information
Our rent is based on the household income. The household income must gross at least 1,700.00 per month.
1 bedroom 480.00 – 566.00
2 bedroom 520.00 – 621.00
3 bedroom 540.00 – 700.00
The following is considered income:
· Wages, salaries, etc from employment
· Social Security or SSI
· Veterans or retirement pensions
· Income from contract of sale of real estates
· Workers compensation insurance benefits
· Child Support
· Aid for Dependent Children (ADC)
· Unemployment benefits
Application fee must be paid in a money order or debit card only. No Personal Checks. Make money order payable to The Guardian Co. LLC. Section 8 participant application fee is waived. Application fees are not refundable.
Please allow at least 72 hours for processing.

Make sure all items on the application are completed. If an item does not apply to your household mark N/A. Be sure that both the applicant and co-applicant sign the application.
We need a copy of the applicant and co-applicant driver’s license and social security card. We will be more than happy to make copies in our office. Remember, your application cannot be processed without this information. Please note, anyone 19 and over must be listed as a applicant or co-applicant.
The Security Deposit range from 300.00. You may pay this deposit upon approval. We accept this payment in money order made payable to Candy Mountain Apartments. We do not hold apartments without a security deposit.
We allow dogs and cats only. Our pet fee range from 300.00 per pet with a 2 pet limit per household. All animals must weight 30 pounds or less, neutered or spayed and have all their shots. We must have copies of the vet documentation. We do not allow snakes, lizards or other exotic animals.
Fish and birds are permitted and pet fee is waived.
